Our Mission

Our ultimate purpose is to help people of the world to reduce their anxiety and stress and find enlightenment within.

Our meditation teaches people how to cleanse the mind of the countless thoughts and images that are the roots of stress, anxiety and so many other problems.

Before, I always think that my happiness depends on other people praise and appreciation. Therefore, I tend to do anything for them to make them like me. But, it makes me feel pressured and unhappy. After practice meditation, I realize happiness is not something that come from outside, which grow from inside. Thus, I feel very thankful and feel relieved.
